Information exchange
The
exchange of information is at the heart of any online relationship and
is central to this site. However, in today's environment this exchange
is not always as safe as we wish it to be. We are committed to making
the exchange of information with our online subscribers and visitors to
this site as secure as possible and have installed high encryption
software to guard against any unlawful use of this site or the
information contained within it. The Terms and Conditions govern
your use of our site, our online economic news service (OENS) and your
legal relationship with Economic Scenarios Pty Ltd (ES). (A reference to

Terms and Conditions, contains details about the use of information you

Agreement to terms and conditions
By
becoming a member of our exclusive OENS or as a visitor to the ES
website, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. These terms
and conditions may be changed by ES without prior notice. However, we
will endeavour to inform all our OENS members of any substantial changes
via direct notification or, for visitors to our site, by notification
on our website.

i Material in the OENS and related publications
Substantial
time and development has been dedicated to researching and developing
the work contained in our OENS and providing exclusive publications for
the purposes of educating and informing our OENS members. All works
created for ES are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws
of all jurisdictions worldwide. Accordingly, selected excerpts of no
more than 15% of any article, table or diagram may be reproduced for the
purposes of media reporting or referencing provided that proper
acknowledgment of the source and authors is made. Substantial extracts
or the entire document may not be disclosed to any person or reproduced
in any form without written permission from Economic Scenarios.

conditions, your use of the OENS, the ES Forum, the ES website and ES
are subject to laws applicable in Australia (including federal and state
legislation). The laws in your country may be different to Australia
laws, but the laws in Australia are intended to be the governing laws.
You agree that any litigation in relation to ES will only be conducted
in the courts of Australia.
ES PRIVACY POLICY
ES is
committed to the protection of your privacy. Our aim is to provide an
online environment that will ensure the information you provide to us
will be handled in the most secure, efficient and confidential manner
possible.
By accessing our site or being a OENS member you
accept the terms and conditions of use, including consent to the
collection and use of your personal information and our right to make
amendments to this statement from time to time. We encourage you to
regularly review this statement to inform yourself of any amendments. We
will where possible summarise the amendments as they are made.
What information do we collect and store?
As
an OENS member or visitor to our site you may be asked to submit
personal details about yourself by email, via the ES Forum or completing
an online form. The information you submit or send electronically is
received by our network and stored in our database.
In sending us
an email, accessing the ES Forum or completing an online form, you
accept that you have granted us consent to use any personal information
within our organisation for the purposes we prescribe including
responding to your queries, re-publishing information on our site,
compiling our databases and conducting research for marketing purposes.
How do we use the information we collect from you?
The
information we collect is used to provide our services to you. We will
not sell, trade or disclose any of your personal information to any
third party without your consent or unless we are required by law to do
so.
Our site does not have information recording software such as "Cookies" nor do we monitor your activity on our site.
We
may use the information you provide to send you updates outlining news,
services or events. In our newsletters we have also instructions on how
to unsubscribe from our mailing list if you no longer wish to be on it.

accidentally recorded incorrectly in an email, via the ES Forum or on an
online form. We will endeavour to correct your personal information
within three (3) business days of receiving a written request from you. While
we will take all due care in protecting the security, confidentiality
and privacy of the information submitted by you, we cannot guarantee
that our systems will be completely free from third party interception
or damage to information caused by viruses and transmitted by email.
Use of your information outside Australia
As
part of your contract with us, we may need to transfer some of your
personal information to one of our international affiliates. We will use
reasonable endeavours to ensure that the recipient jurisdiction has in
place a similar regime which recognises your right to privacy. All our
